No. Every school can start with one free trial lasting one school term, for up to 100 active students. No payment details are needed. You only pay if you choose a plan.
Paying per term covers one school term at a time. Paying annually covers 12 months in one payment. Prices shown exclude 7.5% VAT, which is added at checkout.
Nothing is deleted and you're never charged automatically. Edura keeps working and your records stay safe; you just can't register more students until you choose a plan. Paid plans get 7 extra days to renew.
Each plan has a maximum number of active students. When you reach it, you can upgrade at any time. Graduated or inactive students don't count. Schools with more than 1,000 students can contact us about Enterprise.
Yes. The Teacher Gradebook lets you set assessment weights (e.g. 1st Test 10%, 2nd Test 20%, Exam 70%, or 15/15/70) with automated WAEC grading and class positions.
Parents log into the Parent App or web portal and pay by debit card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. Digital receipts and SMS alerts are sent automatically.
Yes. Each school's data, bursary records and grades are kept strictly separate from every other school's, encrypted, and backed up daily.
Yes. Our team provides virtual and on-site onboarding sessions for your teachers and administrative staff to make the rollout smooth.
